Mushroom & Green pease in khoya malai Gravy
Steps

Cut mushroom into 4 pieces. Add water to a pan add mushroom & green pease. Boil it for 5 minutes. Remove water. Keep aside.

Chop all veg.

Heat a khadai add oil heat & add cumin seeds and let it cracke. Add ginger & garlic & onion. Fry it for few minutes

Add all spices. Fry it.

Add tomato & green chili.

Add khoya & malai.Mix well properly & cook till kadhai remove oil. Add some water & Mushroom & green pease. Mix well properly.

Ready Mushroom green pease in malai & khoya. Pour into a cashroll Garnish with onion rings & Coriander.Serve with nan & missi roti.
