Firstly boil cashew take a pan add butter then add onion and tomato add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric salt cook until soft cool and coarsely grind.

Grind with cashew also, take another pan put oil and butter put masalas ginger garlic paste.

Add mushroom then add coarsely graid masala cook 8-10 minutes then add Kasuri methi.

It's ready to serve. Serve it hot with rice or roti.Enjoy 😋
