1/4 poundshitake mushroom
1/4 poundoyster mushroom
1/4 poundHypsizygus mushroom
1lemon
1lemon zest
Salt
Pepper
Soy sauce

In a baking sheet, set the fish.

Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil.

Add the mushrooms on top, and the soy sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil

Bake it for 25-30 min.
