Moli ke kofte is a very tasty dish you can try it in winters and serve it with parathas.
Steps

Wash and grate the radish and press and keep aside the excess water.

In a bowl add grated radish gram flour, chopped green chillies, grated ginger, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt make a smooth batter and deep fry them.

After all the koftas are fried in a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and heat it add cumin seeds, chopped onion fry it after 2 mins add grated garlic ginger, and saute it till the raw smell of garlic goes away.

Now add tomato puree and the spices,salt and mix it well by adding a little water.

Let it cook for 5 mins.

After that add water according to your preferred consistency and let it boil lastly add the koftas and garnish it with garam masala and coriander leaves. Serve it with parathas.
