Whip the eggs and sugar together until white and creamy

Slowly mix in the dry ingredients alternating with the walnut oil

At the almond extract by hand, then slowly mixing the rest of the flour by hand

Mix in chopped orange rind and chocolate

Bake at 3:50 for 30 to 35 minutes
- 6
Cover top with orange marmalade and whipped cream, decorate with almonds and orange peel

I think it is an elegant combination of the tastes of raspberries, almonds and orange.At a church breakfast one morning someone told me that she thought my tart had come from a bakery and that it was the best thing she had ever eaten.
