Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupbrown rice
  2. 4-6green onions
  3. 1red and yellow bell pepper
  4. Sweet pepper
  5. 2carrot
  6. 1/4 cupmint
  7. 1organic lemon
  8. 1/2 cupparsley
  9. 6 TBSolive oil
  10. 1 TBShoney or marble syrup
  11. 1/2 cupraisins
  12. 1 tea spoontumeric
  13. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cook your brown rice and put it in a sieve for the water to drain completely

    Grate your carrot,chop your mint leaveand parsley into smaller size and cut your red and yellow bell pepper and sweet pepper into dice (you can use any veggies of your taste)

    Dice your raisins into half (if you wish) then squeeze your lemon juice in a bowl

  4. 4

    Pour your brown rice in a bowl add your mint leaves and parsley inside,add your grated carrot and dice red and yellow bell pepper and sweet pepper,pour your squeezed lemon and oil plus your honey inside,then add your salt and pepper to taste,then you can mix it completely

    It ready to be served you can also keep it in jar for later use
