  • 200 gmMakhana/fox nut
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 1/2 tbspSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder

  1. 1

    Take a kadai.Add ghee and melt it.

    Add the makhanas and fry well for 5-8 mins on low flame.

    At the end add salt and black pepper. Take it in bowl and serve.Keep it in a tiffinn and eat when required.
