First make stuffing, so in a pan heat oil, now ads jeera and mustard seeds & curry patta.

Now add onion, turmeric and fry for two minutes and then add boiled potato, salt, red chilli powder & amchur powder now mix nicely. And cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now in a bowl take besan add ajwain seeds, salt and pinch of soda. Add one tsp of oil. Mix them now add water and make pakoda batter.

Slit the mirchi from center and stuff the aloo mixture.

Heat oil in kadai, dip stuffed mirchi in besan and fry.

Now cut them with help of knife or pizza cutter. Serve with kadi Or chutney of your choice.
