  2. 3 pcs.Small Dried Chili
  3. 3 tbsp.Vegetable oil
  4. 3 tbsp.Water
  5. 60 g.Shallot
  6. 50 g.Garlic
  7. 10 g.Galangal
  8. 10 g.Lemongrass
  9. 3 pcs.Kaffir lime leaves
  10. 1 tsp.Coriander seed
  11. 2 pcs.Coriander root

    Blend all ingredients below together with vegetable oil and water (normal recipe add 1 tsp. Shrimp paste and blend together) and some recipe also add roasted peanut 1 tbsp. (today I share one of Panang recipe without peanut)
