Ingredients

  • 500 gmsmushroom
  • 1/2 cuphung curd
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspkasmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander Powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbsproasted Chana powder
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2onions cubed
  • 1capsicum cubed
  • 2tomato cubed
  • 2 tbspbutter or oil for roasting
  • 1 tspchaat masala for sprinkle

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly in a large mixing bowl take all the ingredients for marination.mix well to form a smooth and thick mixture

    Add mushroom,onion, capsicum and tomato and mix gently coating the marination sauce.cover and refrigerate for 30minutes

    After marination insert the marinated mushroom, capsicum,onion and tomato into skewer further roast it on a hot grill pan also spread a tsp oil or butter over the tikka

    Roast on medium flame roast all sides, making sure it doesn't burnt finally sprinkle some chaat masala and serve mushroom tikka
