Take Green Tuvardana, Green Chillies, Ginger, Green Garlic in a mixture grinder bowl and coarse grind it.

Take 1 Tsp oil in a kadai. Add pinch Asafoetida. Add coarse grind mixture to it and roast on low flame till 80% cooked.

Add Coriander, Raisins, Cashews, Garam Masala, Black Pepper Powder, Dhanajeera Powder, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice to cooked mixture. Mix properly. Remove it from flame. Let it cool for some time. Paratha stuffing is ready.

Take Wheat Flour in a container. Add oil and required quantity water to knead a soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Roll to medium size round sheets. Take one sheet, place stuffing on it. Cover it properly with another sheet and roll paratha from it

Roast rolled paratha on medium flame. Apply oil or butter and roast till crispy golden brown on both the sides.

Hot parathas are ready to serve. Enjoy them with Green Chutney and Tomato Soup.
