Over medium heat, place your pan and start sweating your meat as you stir till it turns golden brown.

Add ginger,garlic,all the spices and mix they well

Add the spring onions,mix well and let it cook till dry off

Add coriander,mix well and switch off the heat then let it cool before you start filling to your samosa pockets
