Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmakhana
  2. 4-5boiled Potatoes
  3. 2 tspginger garlic chilli paste
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1big capsicum chopped
  7. 1small grated carrots
  8. 1 tsp kitchen King masala
  9. 1small bowlrice flour
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. as requiredOil for shallow fry

    Roast makhana and coarsely grind it now smash potatoes add coarsely grinded makhana red chilli powder turmeric powder capsicum and mix well.

    Now add kitchen King masala rice flour salt and grated carrots mix well and give the desired shape of cutlets as per choice.

    Now keep those cutlets in the refrigerator for 15 -20 mins. later shallow fry on tawa or pan until crispy golden brown. As cultures are ready to serve with sauce or chutney and enjoy😊
