Method -
1) In the big bowl mix all the ‘Bread’ ingredients and make a soft dough.
2) let the dough rest for 2 hours. then punch the dough and start rolling as shown in the pic. - 2
3) Then sprinkle cinnamon & sugar powder and rolls it as shown in the pic. once you roll it to a cylindrical shape and then slit the through (as shown) and make two parts of it (make sure top is not cut).

4) As shown in the pic make braiding Gand fold it to join the circle.

5) keep it at room temperature for the 2nd proofing & before baking applies egg/ milk wash to the bread and bake it for 15 mins at 180 degrees. Enjoy with tea or coffee time.
