Roast makhana and coarsely grind it now smash potatoes add coarsely grinded makhana red chilli powder turmeric powder capsicum and mix well.

Now keep those cutlets in the refrigerator for 15 -20 mins. later shallow fry on tawa or pan until crispy golden brown. As cultures are ready to serve with sauce or chutney and enjoy😊
