Take a half cup makhana and roasted vermicelli and 500 ml milk.

Heat pan roast makhana till makhana little bit colour change it.

Then remove from the pan, take pan n heat add milk bring to boil, when the milk came to boil add sugar and Stir well.

Crushed the half roasted makhana add to the boiling milk, add roasted vermicelli and mix well.

Now, add all dry fruits, green cardamon powder and also add whole roasted makhana and black raisins and cook for 10 to 15 minutes n keep stirring in between.

After 15 minutes our makhana vermicelli kheer is ready to serve you can serve it hot 🔥 or cold in a serving plate it is very tasty.
