Vegetable samosa (cabbage, carrot and capsicum)
Steps

First cut all Vegetables in julienne cutting style then mix all vegetables together then add all ingredients (sauses, spices, egg) and mix it.

Then take one samosa sheet fill the vegetables and close the wrap with the help of flour thick paste (water and flour) apply on the corners and make a triangle shape.

Then fry the samosas in oil on medium flame. So the vegetable samosa is ready for eat 😋
