Ingredients

25 minutes
Serves 2 to 4 servings
  1. 2.2 pounds (1 kilogram)small cooked shrimp
  2. Juice of 3 limes
  3. 1-2onions, chopped
  4. 3-4tomatoes, chopped
  5. 4jalapeño peppers, chopped
  6. 1 bunchcilantro, chopped
  7. Salt, to taste
  8. 3 pinchesground oregano
  9. Sliced avocado, to taste
  10. Mayonnaise, to taste (optional)
  11. Tostadas or saltine crackers, to serve

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and chop all the vegetables.

  2. 2

    Place the shrimp in a bowl and add the lime juice.

  3. 3

    Add all the vegetables, oregano, and salt if desired, and mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve and garnish with avocado and mayonnaise.
