Ingredients

30-45 mins
  • 1 boxyellow cake mix
  • 4eggs
  • 2 cansmandarin oranges
  • 1lg. Can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c.Oil
  • 2sm. Boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 2lg. Cool Whip
  • 1 c.Coconut, opt
  • 1 c.Chopped nuts, opt

Steps

30-45 mins
  1. 1

    Mix cake mix, eggs oil and 1 can oranges.

  2. 2

    Drain other can of oranges and add the juice from it.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350° for 30 - 45 minutes.

  4. 4

    Mix all remaining ingredients and set in refrigerator.

  5. 5

    Use to ice cooled cake.
