Take 10 to 11 Mushrooms, wash them and cut into 3 pieces.

In a bowl take 1 cup cornflakes.grind them and make a course powder.

Now for slurry..in a bowl take 3 tbsp maida in that add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, garlic powder & oregano mix well.Add water & make a flowing batter.

Now take 1 mushroom piece and dip into this batter then roll into cornflakes powder.

Prepare all with same process.

Now put them in a(5 mins) preheated Air fryer basket & set to high temperature for 10 mins.

After 10 mins..check..These are done with nice and crisp colour.

Serve hot with Mayonnaise or any dip of your choice.
