Chocolate Cupcakes in miniature form are a treat to our tastebuds. We can simply gobble it up in one single go. A perfect Dessert for the family and a lovely anytime bake for the kids. They will just love you more for these goodies. The children love to have this little Cupcakes because of their beautiful look. These look so gorgeous and appealing. The process is very much the same as that of the normal Cupcakes. The only thing is that these are baked to perfection in a Mini Cupcake Pan. Aren't they look wonderful?
And not only that these are Chocolate flavoured one's but also the Frosting is a Chocolate one too. All thanks to Amul brand of Chocolates. That's it. Let's get started. Happy Baking with Zee!

1 3/4 cupsAll-purpose Flour or Maida
1/2 cupCocoa powder
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking Soda
2 tspVanilla Essence
3Eggs
1/2 cupOil or Butter
1 cupPowdered Sugar
1 pinchSalt

Sieve all the dry ingredients and set aside. In a mixing bowl, add Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla, and Oil. Beat until creamy and fluffy.

To this, fold in the dry ingredients slowly using Milk. Add it little by little adding Milk along. Add this batter to mini paper cup liners placed in the Mini Cupcake Pan.

Tap it well and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30-35 minutes. Keep a vigilant eye on them and also please take a note of your oven's temperature settings. Because each oven is different.

After done and cooled to room temperature, serve them with Chocolate Frosting on top. Enjoy!
