Immunity is essential to stay strong and fit to sustain a healthy life. This recipe contains the goodness of almonds, groundnuts, sesame seeds, clarified butter (ghee), desiccated coconut and oats. This winter try this ladoo to stay strong and fit.

Keep all your ingredients ready. Crush almonds, rolled oats(dry roast to avoid raw smell, roast for 5 mins and then crush), sesame seeds (dry roast for 5 minutes) and groundnuts (dry roast them so that peels can be separated easily) separately in a mixer jar.

Take clarified butter (ghee) in a nonstick pan and heat on medium flame.

Add crushed almonds and roast in ghee for about 5-7 minutes.

Add dessicated coconut and roast for 5 minutes.

Add crushed groundnuts and oats, roast for another 5-7 minutes.

Let the mixture cool and then add amul mithai mate.

Mix everything well, it should form dough like structure.

Roll them into balls and enjoy!
