  • ادرک/لہسن پیسٹ 4 کھانے کے چمچ
  • نمک 2 چائے کے چمچ
  • لال مرچ 3 چائے کے چمچ
  • ہلدی 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • زیرہ 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • دھنیا پاوڈر 2 چائے کے چمچ
  • گرم مصالحہ 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • ہری مرچ 3 سے 4 عدد
  • گھی آدھا کپ
  • پانی 2 گلاس

    پالک دھو کاٹ کے ابلنے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔جب ابل جائے تو اس کو چھاننی سے چھان کے پیس لیں۔

    گوشت میں پیاز،ٹماٹر اور نمک 1 چمچ اور پانی ڈال کے ککر میں گلنے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔

    جب گوشت گل جائے اور پانی خشک ہو جائے تو اس میں گھی ادرک لہسن پیسٹ اور مصالحہ جات ڈال کے اچھی طرح بھون کے پسی ہوئی پالک ڈال دیں اور اچھی طرح بھون کے اتار لیں۔
