Soak green moong dal over night or alt least for four hours.Grind it to make a thick paste.

Add all other ingredients to it, put a nonstick pan on flame, grease it with oil and spread one service spoon of paste in rounshape.Cook it and then turn it on other side.

Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
