Orange marble wheat cake

Preheat oven to 180 degree.

For dry ingredients mix
Sieve wheat flour, soda, baking powder and pinch of salt and keep in a bowl. - 3
Grate an orange to get zest.
Now peel oranges to get fresh juice and then sieve it - 4
For wet Ingredients mix
Beat butter/oil and sugar together until smooth. - 5
Add curd and vanilla, then beat again until well combined.

Now gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mix. Add orange juice and zest too.

When well mixed, put roughly half of the mixture into a separate bowl.
To one bowl, add the sieved cocoa powder and mix well. - 8
Grease the cake tin and pour a ladle full of plain batter first and a ladke full of chocolate batter on it.

Repeat this step unless both batters are used.
For marble effect run a skewer in zig zag manner

Put the baking tin in the preheated oven for 30 minutes but keep checking.

Once a golden crust is formed on the top and cake is cooked through the middle, remove from the oven And let it cool.

Cut slices when cake completely cooled and enjoy eggless wheat flour orange chocolate marble cake.
