Wash and cut the meat. Pour in a pot, add oil, half onion, thyme, ginger powder, garlic paste and put it on heat to cook.

When it's almost done, grate/grind the peppers and the remaining onion, add it to the soup, add the seasoning and spices. Sprinkle some salt to adjust the taste. Leave it on heat until the meat is soft and tender.

Done and serve!
