Homemade dried parsley leaves in microwave

As all fresh & green herbs are very beneficial for health & also used in almost recipes . I tried out this superb way to store them every time I used fresh leaves but it can’t be used all at once 1 bunch is more enough to be used in many recipes so i have found the best way to store it . Do try it guys it’s so refreshing & fresh when used after I dried it & stored .the important tip is kindly store it in a air tight container or a glass container & avoid dropping water anytime. This also helps in it’s shelf life it will be good for around a year or more if used carefully. Do try & experience it .

As mentioned in the picture it goes with five intervals to get it ready. First thing first wash & completely pat dry the parsley leaves on a paper towel. Further using a microwave safe plate or spread the leaves & pop it in microwave for around 2 minutes remove it using a spoon slightly flip the leaves again pop it back for two minutes repeat this process for 5 times.

By the time it’s fully dried & crispy let it cool completely to room temperature then crush it nicely & store it in a air tight container. It’s ready to use for many recipes just sprinkle over it & enjoy. It maybe noodles, Maggi, hash browns or lots more recipes to pin down.

Tip of the day:- make sure before store it must be completely cool & crushed well no moisture must be left it may reduce its shelf life. The next thing is check the microwave watts mine is 750 each microwave timings may vary. It’s it’s more watts lesser the time it takes to dry.
