  • Rice
  • Left over stew
  • Scotch bonnet pepper
  • Sweet pepper
  • Cabbage
  • Onions
  • Seasonings n spices
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Set the fire and heat oil in a pot add in the left over stew add seasonings and spices, add water and bring to boil

  2. 2

    Wash d rice and add in the boil water and allow to cook when it's half done u add the veggies and cover to simmer

  3. 3

    Serve with chilled zobo juice
