  • 2 cupspre boiled githeri
  • Potatoes
  • 2tomatoes dices
  • 3carrots shredded
  • 1 bunchdania
  • 1hoho
  • 1 spoontomato paste
  • 1onion diced
  • Salt to taste

Steps

    Fry the onion

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes, dania hoho and carrots and simmer for 2 minutes, add paste and stir

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and the githeri cover and cook for 3minutes

  4. 4

    Add little water just to make help the potatoes to cook.

  5. 5

    When ready serve with avocado.
