  1. 2 cupspre boiled githeri
  2. Potatoes
  3. 2tomatoes dices
  4. 3carrots shredded
  5. 1 bunchdania
  6. 1hoho
  7. 1 spoontomato paste
  8. 1onion diced
  9. Salt to taste

    Fry the onion

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes, dania hoho and carrots and simmer for 2 minutes, add paste and stir

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and the githeri cover and cook for 3minutes

  4. 4

    Add little water just to make help the potatoes to cook.

  5. 5

    When ready serve with avocado.
