Tandoori Chai

Chai is everyone's favourite. Actually it's the weakness rather. And we Indians love to sip it at every single instance. And Chai time or Tea-time is our most loved one where we spend some quality time with our families. And Tandoori Chai is the latest craze. It's a trending Tea afterall. So I decided to give it a try. It stands tall among the impressive list of variations of Tea. I tried my hands on it for the first time at home. And it did come out well, all thanks to myself for trying it out. I never actually thought that making it on gas might work just perfect for this Tea. But after giving it a try, I must say it's worthwhile to at least give it a try without thinking about the possibilities or the outcome. As the saying goes, we learn from our mistakes. Iam glad that I tried it and was successful too. Happy Shaam Ki Chai Time!

Steps
- 1
First of all, boil Milk along with little water on a high heat. Add the rest of the ingredients after it comes to a rolling boil. Reduce the heat to a low.
- 2
Allow it to simmer for about 10-12 minutes. In the meantime, heat a clay pot on a low heat until it's nicely hot and done. The colour should also actually change. Keep rotating it every now and then to make it heated up from all the sides including the inside of it.
- 3
Strain tea in a pan. Place this heated clay pot in an another empty pan. Pour the already prepared tea in the clay pot carefully. It will bubble up like a Volcano. Pour all of it and wait for a minute. Now remove the clay pot from it and serve the amazing Tandoori Chai straight away.

I served it in Clay pots for an excellent experience of quality Tandoori Chai. Happy Sipping Everyone!
