1 piecegrey mullet deboned and sliced
2 stalkscelery
Halfyellow pepper
Halfonion
Sauce:
sugar
vinegar
flour
Coating:
egg
flour
white pepper
a little salt

Cooking Instructions

Coat fish with the coating then deep fry and set aside
2

Saute onion celery and capsicum. Pour the sauce and cook a while.Then put in the fish and mix well until fish is coated with the sauce. Serve
