In a pan dry roast the flax seeds on medium flame keep stirring.when it crackle and the aroma comes transfer it in a plate.then dry roast the sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes then transfer in a plate.let them cool.

Now in the same pan add 1 tbsp desi ghee heat it then roast almonds and raisins.transfer in another plate and add remaining ghee and roast the makhana well.then turn off the flame. transfer the makhana another plate.

In a mixer, jar add roasted flax seeds and sesame seeds. grind them very well.add makhana and dates then grind them all together. Transfer in a mixing bowl add almonds and raisins.Mix well

In a pan add 2 tbsp water then add pieces of jaggery cook on low flame until the jaggery melt nicely.switch off the flame.pour the jaggery into flax seeds mixture.mix it with a spoon to combine all very well. When it slightly cool grease your palms with a little ghee, take a lemon sized mixture and bind laddus.
