Ingredients

  1. 4 lbsPork Ribs
  2. 2 CupsBrown Sugar
  3. 1/4 cupFlour
  4. 1/2 cupVinegar
  5. 1/3 cupWater
  6. 2 TBSPSoy Sauce
  7. 2 TBSPKetchup
  8. 3 ClovesGarlic
  9. 1/4 tspGinger

Cooking Instructions

5 hours on High
  1. 1

    In a sauce pan mix sugar and flour

  2. 2

    Stir in water, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger

  3. 3

    Bring to boil and stir for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens

  4. 4

    Chop ribs into 1-2 inch chunks and place in slow cooker

  5. 5

    Pour sauce over ribs and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours
