Cut your chicken into pieces wash and add to a pot,add water...., onion, alittle taste and spice

Cook till tender then separate the chicken broth from the chicken

Fry your chicken lightly

In a pot add oil and your grated Scotch bonnet and onion...fry

When fry pour back your broth add taste and add your fried Chicken,cover to cook till done...
