First boiled the potatoes untold soft peel them, in a big bowl add boiled potatoes and keep a side. Now take a pan heat it,

In a big bowl add besan (gram flour),salt and 2 tbsp hit oil and water make a batter, batter consistency should be thick, ehusk to firm a smooth batter, after 3 minutes transfer potatoes bhaji to another plate and make a even small size balls out of it.

In a kadhai keep oil for heating, if oil is hot fry slut green chillies and remove it, then dip the balls into the batter coat it.

Well fry as all the vadas in similar way, now drain the vadas on a kitchen tissue.
