Cooking Instructions

Grate the cheese.

Chop the cilantro and onion into small pieces.

Cut the plastic bag in half.
- 4
Shape the masa for your quesadilla and flatten it with something heavy.

Add a little oil to a skillet and place your tortilla in it.

When the tortilla lightens in color, flip it over.

When the masa reaches your desired consistency, add the cheese and fold it over.

Add the beef.

Add onion, cilantro, and salsa if you made some, to taste.
