Easy Chicken Quesadillas
Quesadillas made easy the whole family can enjoy.
Cooking Instructions

Place chicken in 6x6 dish add water about 1/2 inch add salt, pepper to taste (we cover the chicken breast with pepper), then 1 tsp of butter. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

Shred the chicken with 2 forks when done

Add 1/4 of the chicken to each floured tortilla and a tsp of Pace

Add 1/4 cup cheese to each tortilla then fold
- 5
Add 1/2 tsp butter to a 12 inch skillet set temperature to medium heat to melt butter
- 6
Butter one side of each quesadilla place 2 in skillet butter side up fry the underside until it’s golden brown then flip fry the buttered side until it’s golden brown then plate

Add butter to skillet and fry the remaining quesadilla until done then plate
- 8
Serve with sour cream, avocado, and Pace medium picante sauce. Enjoy!

Lime Chicken Quesadillas Lime Chicken Quesadillas
My friend said "Make me quesadillas" and I said I don't know how to do that but I tried anyway and...well, here you go. No complaints so far. A few notes: Very important to use key lime juice, not regular lime juice. Different flavor. Also coarse salt of any variety except maybe not sea salt; too mild. It does have to be coarse, fine salt won't blend right. Have fun :) Bencooks2
