Onion Peel off kar ke wash kar ke chopped kar liye.phir ik pan me oil garamkar ke light brown krliya.

Then tomatoes wash kar ke chopped kar ke add kiye.

Then green chopped green chilies add kar ke thora water add kar ke cook kiya yahan take ke tamater soft ho gaye.

Then spices add kar ke cook kiya.

Eggs break kar ke food color and salt add kar ke beat kiya.

Ab cooked masalay me egg shamil karte gaye aur sath sath chamcha chalate rahee.

Egg scrambled ki form me anay lage to low flame kar ke lid cover kar ke 10 min cook kiya yahan take oil upar agaya.

Bread ko cut kar ke oval shape di. phir oil me deep fry karliya.
