100 gramsbutter, unsalted
1 cupcondensed milk
1.75 cupall-purpose flour
1 tbspbaking powder
3/4 tbspbaking soda
1 pinchsalt
1 tbspvanilla essence
1.5 cupmilk, warm

Take the butter and condensed milk in a big bowl

Take a hand blender and whisk it properly until the mixture turns white

Now add all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla extract.

Mix well

Now add warm milk and mix well to make it a consistent batter.

Transfer the batter in a round cake tray and level it up.

Now bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25 mins

Now check the middle of the cake with a toothpick or knife tip, if it comes out clean then the cake is baked properly if not then bake for another 10 mins.

Let it cool and then enjoy eggless vanilla cake.
