Cooking Instructions
- 1
Line a fine mesh sieve with a clean cotton kitchen towel. Pour in the two types of yogurt. Let drain overnight.
- 2
The next day, whisk drained yogurt, powdered sugar and tofu. Mixture should be very smooth and thick.
- 3
Combine cold coffee and rum (if using) in a shallow bowl for dipping.
- 4
Assemble: dip each cookie very briefly in the coffee mixture. Arrange dipped cookies neatly in a single row in your serving dish. Next, add a layer of cream, then repeat. I managed to do 4 layers of each, but it depends on your dish.
- 5
Refrigerate for a few hours until firm. Decorate with sifted cocoa or grated chocolate. Enjoy :)

Easy Tofu Tiramisu Easy Tofu Tiramisu
I was inspired by Rurumiko's [Easy Smooth Tiramisu with Tofu]. Since my whole family can't drink coffee, we're really happy with this coffee-free tiramisu. You can also put the tofu mixture into a zip-top bag to mix!I made this because I miss Japanese tiramisu. It tastes even more amazing with lots of maple syrup mixed in. Use 150 g for an extra sweet and decadent dessert.Note: You don't need to drain the tofu, but try squeezing out the water slightly before mixing it in. Recipe by Maccharollu cookpad.japan -

Mascarpone is delicious but it's fattening (tear). So I easily made some with tofu instead.Sweeten it to suit your tastes Just make it how you want. I topped it with banana once and it was delicious!! I prefer to use firm tofu. Makes 4 small ramekins' worth. Recipe by Maagarinko cookpad.japan -
Tiramisu Tiramisu
Tiramisu is such a delicious dessert from Italy with many variations. In my version I left out the uncooked egg yolks and used vanilla flavored whipped cream blended with the marscapone for a loghtens creamy filling and topping. It's a great ending to any meal with its great coffee, vanilla flavor. fenway -

Tiramisu Tiramisu
This recipes is the result of a lot of trial and error. I've been making this for the past 10 years. This time, I made it for my hubby's 40th birthday. The strawberry compote is just a mix of strawberries and sugar simmered together. You could also make this the traditional way and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. I topped it with strawberry compote based on my hubby's request. Coating the biscuits with a generous amount of butter will make it crunchy. Recipe by Mon*chou-chou* cookpad.japan -
Classic Tiramisu Classic Tiramisu
Store bought just doesn't make the cut. I had to make my own. It is easy but time consuming, the best things are worth the wait. This really does need to chill for 24 hours. If you can't wait it must be at least 12. Cooking the eggs over a double boiler takes a full 10 minutes but is vital. All steps truly make a masterpiece when finished. Taylor Topp Comacho -

#GoldenApron23. I volunteered to make Tiramisu for a dinner event. Lady fingers were outrageously priced which sent me looking for alternatives. I found this recipe which called for cake. Perfect. cindybear -

Chocolate Tiramisu Chocolate Tiramisu
When I started this post this morning, my husband and I had no idea of the news we would hear later in the day. A good friend of ours past away this morning from a motorcycle accident in Athens. This post is dedicated to George….:( Rest in Peace.Hiiii, I have made this Chocolate Tiramisu many times before, and what I like about it is that it is different from the usual Italian version. Not that I don’t love that version don’t get me wrong I love Tiramisu, this one just differs in the base. It is made with semi sweet chocolate, espresso and coffee liqueur. Nice combination right! 🙂 Even though I am not a big lover of chocolate, like I have mentioned before…I do enjoy a piece of this tiramisu once in a while…:)I tend to make this recipe in a bowl and not in a baking pan. (you can choose which ever you prefer) What I usual do is a have a large serving spoon, and just serve it this way. I hope you enjoy this recipe!! Foodzesty -
Creamy Chocolate Tiramisu Creamy Chocolate Tiramisu
I have been making this cake for my tiramisu loving husband for a very long time This year, I added the ganache chocolate for Valentine's Day.Ladyfinger biscuits soak up liquids quickly, so just soak it for a short time and it should be enough. It's surprisingly easy to make because it's basically just forming the layers in order If you don't include the chocolate ganache, it will be a normal tiramisu. For 4 cups.
