Cooking Instructions

Cut the cantaloupe into 3/4-inch cubes (about 2x2 cm) or use a melon baller to make melon balls.

Assemble the skewers by threading the ingredients in this order: a melon ball, a slice of ham, and a mozzarella ball.
- 3
Arrange the skewers on a serving platter, drizzle with a few drops of balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley.
