Combine all the ingredients for the pork and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

In the meantime, soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes. Also, combine all the ingredients for the dipping sauce and set aside.

Thread the pork cubes onto skewers and place them in the fryer basket. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 8-10 minutes, flip once in between until the meat is cooked through.
