Simple, Moist, and Tender Tandoori Chicken

I made this because chicken breasts were on sale for 29 yen / 100 g.
These ingredients can be found anywhere so it's easy to make.
Adjust the time you heat it up in the microwave or toaster-oven as necessary.
I used breast meat but you can use thigh meat or meat with bones, or anything. For the salt, I recommend krazy salt if you have it.
It tastes great in sandwiches or wrapped in tortillas. Recipe by Milk to Cocoa to Momo

Steps
- 1
Poke the chicken with a fork so that the flavor can seep in easily.
- 2
Add all of the ingredients into a plastic bag and rub it all together from the outside of the bag.
- 3
Add the chicken and massage the flavors into the meat.
- 4
Squeeze out the air from the bag and close it. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- 5
Dump the chicken and the sauce onto a heat resistant dish. (Caution: Since the chicken is cold, there's a chance that they won't cook all the way through, so please be sure to heat them up in the microwave first)
- 6
Bake in the toaster oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. (Adjust the time based on the color)
- 7
(Instead of a toaster oven, you can use a frying pan or the fish grill. You could also use the oven.)
- 8
Cut into easy to eat slices and arrange on a plate. It's done!
- 9
In Step 2, you can add grated ginger or garlic, garam masala powder, tabasco sauce etc.

The user Yukimeno commented that she bought a bunch of breast meat when it was on sale, made this and stored it in the freezer! What a great idea!
- 11
Topped on shredded cabbage and mayonnaise. I wrapped it in a tortilla with a tomato. I would also recommend this variation.

Variations from users who have commented on this recipe: Mix the sauce with potatoes and bake with the meat. Top with cheese and then bake. Cut into small pieces for a bento lunchbox.
