Mamra chikki
Steps

Take a pan, keep it on a slow flame of gas, add mamra, roast till crispy, make sure mamra should not change its colour.

Transfer roasted puffed rice in a bowl. In same pan add jaggery. Here I used organic jaggery to make chikki more healthy. Keep gas flame slow, stir well till it melts, stir continuously, add 2 tsp water, so jaggery shouldn't burnt, as we have to make crispy syrup.

Add cardamom powder, stir well. Take a dish, pour a little water to check jaggery syrup is done or not. So from spatula pour jaggery syrup in water, wait for a while, if syrup takes any shape or it forms a ball and cracks with crispy sound, means it is ready for further process.

Now add ghee and baking soda, stir well, so jaggery syrup's colour will change in light shade and become fluffy.Quickly add roasted mumra, mix well. Turn off gas.

Grease a kitchen platform with ghee. Transfer hot mixture on it. Flatten with hand or rolling pin.. When it is little hot, cut in shape. Or you can make balls from it..

Let it cool completely. Now the mamra chikki is ready to serve. You can even mame balls out of the mixture. ENJOY!!!
