First to place biscuit take a square mould place parchment paper and up cling sheet.

Now make three lines of biscuit in it one strawberry and one chocolate one by one

Make ganache boil half milk add sugar as dissolve on other side mix in cold half milk cocoa powder and whisk it so no lumps should left

As boil comes sugar dissolve add cocoa powder milk in it cook it as colour changes add 1tbsp corn starch in 1tbsp water and mix in it as thick close stove.

Now as it comes on normal temperature spread with spoon on one by one biscuit to join them

Now left spread on it cover it thick as cake from all sides

Set it and decorated with any dry fruit or biscuit I decorated with mini chocolate biscuit and white chocolate

Put in freezer for one hour as it stable take out and serve it's really yummy.cut and serve
