In a heavy bottom pan or kadhai take coconut and dry roast it until the aroma comes and it's colour slightly change.transfer in a bowl

In the same vessel add water and add jaggery keep stiring until it melts and cook on low flame to make one string syrup.now add the roasted coconut and ghee in the syrup.mix well when all together combined well turn off the flame.

Greased a plate transfer the mixture in the plate set it evenly with hand or spatula.cut into desire shape.enjoy this healthy burfi in this winter
