Put oil in a pan. Add onion and fry until golden brown. Then add garlic ginger paste and tomato purree.

Cook for 2 mins then add all the spices. Then add yogurt and cook for 3 minutes.

Add all the vegetables. First add those vegetables which take more time.

Add potato, peas and carrot. Cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Then add capsicum, cabbage and cauliflower, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Add 3-4 chillies and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Mixed vegetables are ready to serve.
