Ek pan me oil dal kar onion golden brown kar k nikal Len.

Phir is pan me whole garam masala dal kar fry karein pir 2 tbsp ginger garlic past dal kar bhoona phir is me haldi powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,

Salt,garam masala powder,green chilli, tomater,yogurt,mint,dal bhoona Jab masala ka oil upper A Jay to matar dal mix karein aur 1 glass pani dal kar cook karein.

Phir is me basmati rice dalen aur 4 glass pani dal kar cover kar k cook karein 15 minutes k bad rice me spoon chalain aur rice me se pani dry ho na per mint aur fry onion dal kar dum dhen 10 minutes.

Now Matar pulao ready.
Serve with salad and raita.
