Preheat the oven to 170℃. Put all the ingredients into a food processor.

Switch the food processor on. Blend until the mixture becomes nice and smooth.

Pour the tofu mixture into the muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170℃. They won't be completely hardened when they are freshly baked, but that's alright. After they cool down thoroughly, chill them in the fridge.

They will set once they're chilled. Keep them refrigerated.
