Recipe says to put on the grill, but I don't have a good indoor grill and don't have an outdoor gas grill, so I broil it instead. 525° 4-7 mins per side. It also calls for green beans with the onion, but I left them out.

  1. 12 6oz Salmon pieces
  2. 2 tbspLemon juice
  3. 3 tbspOlive oil
  4. 4 3/4 tspdried tarragon
  5. 52 garlic cloves, minced
  6. 6 1/2 smallonion, thinly sliced

    Preheat broiler to 525° Rinse fillets and pay dry with paper towels; set aside. Pour lemon juice into a small bowl. Add oil, tarragon and garlic; disk to combine. Put salmon in a shallow baking dish and brush or drizzle mixture evenly over to of salmon.

    Slice onions and separate into broken rings. Place over the top of salmon and put into broiler for 4-7 mins per side.

    I did not actually measure the ingredients. I just did it by eye.
